She brings the strategy to life by developing the products and team to deliver against our strategic goals and customer requirements. A lawyer by trade, she has worked across consulting, banking, and risk - building global, high performing teams, with the right combination of skills & experience, to bring the strategy to life. Most recently having co-founded and scaled a global Third Party Risk RegTech - successfully developing and implementing the target operating model and our KYE-Ai product strategy.
James Armstrong Founder
Jim is our blue sky thinker & strategy setter.
With decades of experience as an entrepreneurial executive, operating across large corporates and successful global start-ups & scale-ups. The common driver in all his ventures is tackling complex business challenges from a different perspective - across IT services, Third Party Risk Management and now cracking the corporate emissions data challenge - one lateral thought at a time.
Mark Dransfield Founder
Mark is our data guy.
Like a pig in mud, Mark finds his happy place in data & analytics - the bigger and more complex the better. With decades of experience in the Finance and Energy sectors, working for international organisations, Mark has honed his big data management, technical prototyping and analytical expertise. With responsibility for designing and developing the dataset, which underpins the KYE-Ai products suite, Mark sits at the heart of the founding team.
Rachel Howes - Director & Board Advisor
Rachel is our oracle.
Giving the founding team wise, authoritative advice and informed opinions as we develop and grow our commercial market offering. As a key advisor to the CienDos Board, Rachel brings a wealth of international commercial, scale-up experience, as the former MD of Booking.com and co-founder of holiday rental business Homerez. Rachel's proven track record of managing and scaling change as well as recruiting and developing talent in a fast growing, highly complex international organisation is, and will continue, to prove invaluable.
Martin Ewart - Director & Board Advisor
Martin is our go-to-market master.
With years of experience in spearheading major IT projects and managing intricate procurement relationships, Martin guides our KYE commercialisation strategy. He plays a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market approach, defining sales channels, and identifying target markets. Martin's talent for transforming initial ideas into robust strategies is outstanding, and his expertise in refining operating models, enhancing operational excellence, and fostering internal collaboration and performance will be crucial as we scale CienDos and the KYE-Ai product set.
